We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
The returns process is simple — just send us an email including the following information:

-Order number
-Reason for the return or exchange
-Product name

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without providing a reason.
Please ensure that the returned item reaches our warehouse within this period.
All items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In a condition suitable for resale
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotions, both items must be returned together.
No refund or compensation can be issued if only one item is returned.
However, it is possible to exchange one of the items for a different size or colour while keeping the other product.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will appear in your bank account within up to 3 working days after processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
